Are you practical, hands-on and interested in building a career in engineering?

We’re looking for an Internal Hydraulic Engineer to join a friendly and experienced team where you’ll have the opportunity to develop specialist hydraulic skills through ongoing training and support.

This role is ideal for someone with a mechanical or engineering background who enjoys working with precision equipment and wants to grow their technical expertise in a varied workshop environment.

You’ll be involved in the assembly, modification, repair and testing of hydraulic pumps, motors and valves, working from technical drawings and manuals.

The work is varied, with individual units and small batches throughout the day, giving you exposure to a wide range of hydraulic components.

One of the biggest attractions of this role is the investment in training and development, helping you build valuable skills and progress within the business.

Mechanical or engineering background

Strong attention to detail

Team player with a positive attitude

Full clean driving licence

Hydraulic experience is helpful but not essential – the right person will receive ongoing training and development.

The package:• Competitive salary (depending on experience)

• Monday – Thursday: 8:30 – 5:00
