Job Summary
Our client is a well-established and expanding business in Ludlow who are looking for an experienced and capable Administrator on a short-term basis, moving to Office Manager permanently after a short period of up to 6 weeks
- The role will start on a temporary basis with a handover from a staff member who has recently moved into a new role.
- This is a varied position at the centre of a busy office, where staff numbers working in the office are up to 20, depending on business activity, with other staff out on site.
- You will be the steady, organised presence that keeps things running smoothly.
- The successful candidate will be confident using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams, and have accurate data entry skills for inputting into Sage accounts.
- Strong time-management and the ability to prioritise competing tasks are essential, as the workload naturally shifts between quieter periods and busy times.
- You will need to be someone who can handle responsibility with ease, staying focused under pressure and equally productive when the pace is calmer.
