We are seeking an experienced and well-organised Administrator to support a small organisation one day per week from home. Around 40% of the role involves bookkeeping using Excel, so strong numerical accuracy and confidence with spreadsheets are essential. The current post-holder is retiring after many years of service and will provide a full handover and thorough training.
One day per week — home-based
Approximately 40% bookkeeping using Excel involves accurate attention to detail and the ability to collate financial information, write reports and liaise with the Accountant
Excellent administrative capability required, including preparing agendas and taking minutes at meetings (shorthand not required), responding to emails and prioritising own workload
A high level of competence is required with MS Office Pro including Word, Excel, Outlook and Access (or a similar database)
Must have own transport and home office setup
Start date: Early February 2026
