You'll partner closely with experienced recruiters, take ownership of searches from start to finish and play a key role in helping businesses hire some of the best technical talent in the market.
ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Talent Delivery Partner who thrives on executive search and enjoys solving difficult recruitment challenges.
You'll own the delivery process from the initial briefing through to offer acceptance, building market maps, identifying passive talent, interviewing candidates and managing every stage of the recruitment process.
This is a delivery-focused role with no sales responsibilities. Instead, your focus will be on delivering an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates while maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout every search.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage executive search assignments from briefing through to successful placement.
- Build market maps and identify target companies and talent pools.
- Develop Boolean, X-Ray and advanced LinkedIn searches.
- Source and engage passive candidates across multiple channels.
- Conduct detailed screening interviews.
- Assess candidate motivations, technical capability and cultural fit.
- Prepare candidates for interviews.
- Conduct interview debriefs.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and candidate documentation.
- Produce professional client updates.
- Support offer management and onboarding.
- Proactively identify risks and keep recruitment processes moving.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Previous executive search or end-to-end recruitment experience.
- Strong Boolean search capability.
- Experience sourcing passive candidates.
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal English.
- Experience managing recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Comfortable speaking with senior professionals.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Strong CRM discipline.

WORKING HOURS
Full-Time
Fully Remote.
Flexibility is important. While you'll primarily work standard business hours, there will occasionally be early morning or evening calls with senior candidates and clients in the UK.
