Senior HubSpot Consultant

Location: Remote, South Africa

Salary: R35,000 - R40,000 per month (Depending on experience)

About the Role

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing UK-based HubSpot and Growth Marketing consultancy looking to hire an experienced Senior HubSpot Consultant to join their client delivery team.

This is a client-facing role where you'll work directly with a variety of UK businesses, helping them maximise the value of HubSpot across sales, marketing and customer service. You'll be responsible for implementing HubSpot solutions, building automations, creating reports and dashboards, training clients, and providing strategic guidance on how to get the most out of the platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical HubSpot knowledge, excellent communication skills, and be comfortable managing multiple client relationships while working UK business hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and manage HubSpot portals

• Build workflows and marketing automations

• Create dashboards, reports and analytics

• Manage CRM configuration and optimisation

• Build and manage email marketing campaigns

• Support lead generation and lifecycle automation

• Train and onboard clients using HubSpot

• Provide strategic recommendations to improve client performance

• Troubleshoot HubSpot-related issues

• Work closely with clients to understand business objectives

• Deliver exceptional client service and ongoing support

• Keep up to date with new HubSpot features and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience

• Strong understanding of HubSpot CRM

• Experience building workflows and automation

• Experience creating dashboards and custom reporting

• Email marketing experience within HubSpot

• Comfortable training and supporting clients

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously

• Comfortable working UK business hours

• Experience working remotely

• HubSpot certifications would be advantageous
