To help them achieve this, they are looking for a highly skilled AI & Business Automation Specialist to become the architect of their internal efficiency.

The Role

In this position, you will be the central hub for their operational data. Your primary mission will be to unify disparate data streams and completely automate business processes across their operations, marketing, sales, and prospecting functions. You will eliminate manual tasks, connect their software stack, and ensure their lean team is empowered by seamless workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Workflow Architecture: Design, build, and maintain robust automation workflows using platforms such as Make.com, n8n, and Zapier.
• AI Integration: Research, deploy, and manage AI agents to handle repetitive tasks, enrich prospecting data, and optimise our sales and marketing pipelines.
• Data Unification: Act as the technical bridge for our data. You will use API connectors and webhooks to bring information from various departments into a centralised, actionable format.
• Process Optimisation: Continuously audit our existing business processes. You will proactively identify bottlenecks and implement intelligent, automated solutions.
• Cross-Functional Support: Work directly with operations, marketing, and sales to understand their unique pain points and deliver tailored automations that save time and drive revenue.

Who We Are Looking For

• Experienced Automator: You have a proven track record of successfully automating business processes and streamlining operations in a commercial setting.
• Technical Expertise: You are highly proficient in no-code and low-code platforms (Zapier, Make.com, n8n) and possess a strong understanding of how to manipulate data via APIs and webhooks.
• AI Enthusiast: You have a keen, active interest in the rapid developments in AI agents and a practical understanding of how to apply them to real-world business challenges.
