The Opportunity
- Focus: Build and manage a high-level pipeline specifically for the US/North America market.
- BD-Driven: Focus on winning retainers, leading pitches, and partnering with global investors/clients.
- Autonomy: Direct collaboration with the CEO; high levels of ownership and influence on business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Secure new retained assignments through outreach and pitching.
- Develop long-term relationships with senior leaders and investors.
- Manage high-level delivery in collaboration with a dedicated support team.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in retained/executive search or a strong desire to transition into it.
- Confident selling to C-suite and commercially minded.
- Comfortable working globally and operating remotely.
