Regional Solar & Multi-Energy Sales Developer

Our client in the Energy Sector is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Regional Solar & Multi-Energy Sales Developer to lead business growth across East and Southern Africa, with a focus on Uganda, Rwanda, and Zambia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and closing commercial energy opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving the adoption of solar and multi-energy solutions. This role requires strong expertise in energy sales, commercial structuring, financial modelling, and customer relationship management.

Key Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in solar or distributed energy sales.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Energy, or a related field (MBA is an added advantage).
• Proven track record of successfully closing commercial energy deals.
• Experience with Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs/PQAs) and structured energy solutions.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial structuring skills.
• Experience working within East African markets is highly preferred
