This is a full-time, remote position for a Customer Engagement Intern based in Kampala. The intern will be responsible for assisting with customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and building effective communication with clients. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, analyzing feedback to improve customer experience, and working collaboratively with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer relationship management and communication.

Qualifications

• Relevant educational background in Business, Communication, or a related field is a plus
• Good Communication etiquette and Customer Service skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams
• Good computer skills. you can operate a computer at an intermediate level
• Good personality and willingness to start a conversation with confidence
• Adaptability, teamwork, and an eagerness to learn in a dynamic work environment
• Familiarity in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools is an advantage
• Recently graduated in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
• Demonstrated analytical skills and the ability to evaluate customer feedback and provide solutions
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic work environment
