We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Entry-Level Graphic Designer to create visually compelling graphics that align with our brand identity and support our business development and marketing initiatives. In this remote role, you will collaborate with our marketing, sales, and service teams to translate complex ideas into clear, engaging, and professional visual content. The ideal candidate is a proactive learner with a strong foundation in design principles and exceptional communication skills.

 Key Responsibilities

   Design and Production: Create a wide range of marketing and business development materials, including:

       Pitch decks, proposals, and presentations.

       Infographics, charts, and data visualizations for reports and thought leadership content.

       Social media graphics, banners, and digital advertisements.

       Email marketing templates and campaign assets.

       Branded collateral for events and webinars.

       Simple illustrations and icons to enhance written content.

Brand Stewardship: Ensure all visual assets consistently adhere to and reinforce the company's brand guidelines, maintaining a professional and cohesive look and feel across all platforms.

Collaboration and Support: Work closely with subject matter experts and marketing team members to understand project requirements, receive feedback, and deliver designs that effectively communicate key messages.

Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.

Required Skills & Qualifications

An associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.

Proficiency in core Adobe Creative Suite applications, particularly Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.

Experience with presentation software, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint and/or Google Slides.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly, actively listen to feedback, and collaborate effectively in a remote setting.

High level of organization, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Receptiveness to feedback and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.

 Preferred Qualifications

 Familiarity with designing for professional services, B2B, or corporate environments.

Basic experience with UI/UX principles or web design mockups (e.g., using Figma or Adobe XD).

Experience creating simple animations or video graphics (e.g., with Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro).

Understanding of digital marketing best practices.
