Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience). Proven experience as a PHP Developer, with a track record of successfully leading development teams. Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and related technologies. Experience with PHP frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony. Solid understanding of software architecture, design principles, and best practices. Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React) and integration with back-end services. Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills. Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Leadership and mentoring abilities to guide and inspire the development team.
