Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Office Manager based in King's Lynn. The role is not hybrid and requires working in the King's Lynn office from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The Sales Office Manager will handle daily office administration, oversee sales activities, ensure excellent customer service, manage staff, and focus on achieving monthly and yearly sales targets. Additionally, the role involves working with the installations manager and their team to identify contract price variations, directly contacting clients to address these issues.
We are seeking someone confident and capable of picking up the phone to discuss issues, ensuring costs are recovered and clients are recharged for work that exceeds the contract or is delayed. This must be done in a firm yet professional manner, as maintaining long-standing client relationships is crucial for repeat business.
