Job Summary
We are seeking a Trainee Bid Writer to join our client’s growing team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong writing skills looking to break into bid writing, with full training and support provided. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in bid preparation, content development, and compliance. The role follows a hybrid working model, with three days required in the office each week.
Experience
Strong written communication skills (e.g., from education, work experience, or personal projects).
Any experience in writing, research, or document preparation is beneficial but not essential.
Interest in developing a career in bid writing and proposals.
Job Responsibilities
- Assisting in writing and editing bid responses to ensure high-quality submissions.
- Researching and compiling key information to support bid content.
- Collaborating with internal teams to gather insights for proposals.
- Proofreading and formatting bid documents for clarity and accuracy.
- Organising and maintaining bid content for future use.
- Supporting the bid team in meeting deadlines and submission requirements.
