Your role is to lead, activily manage handson as an entrepreneur and oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure a worldleading experience for customers by using several Brands and Businesses to the fullest, ensuring smooth and efficient business processes that drive growth and success. Responsibilities:
- Create the process architecture to ensure for customers the perfect experience and an easy non stop implementation.
- Develop and implement standards and blueprints to drive efficiency and effectiveness across all businesses, markets, targetgroups and results
- Managing a customer experience dashbaord for measurement
- Lead and manage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration in achieving company goals and objectives.
- Oversee budgets, resource allocation to optimize performance and maximize profitability.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence, empowering employees to reach their full potential.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a COO for Design & Experience or in a similar senior management role, preferably in a technology-driven organization.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Strategic mindset, with the ability to think analytically and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong sense of urgency and adaptability.
- Passion for driving change and making a positive impact on society through technology and innovation.
- Entrepreneurial skills, handson attitude and radical simplicity are must haves. You prefer doing vs talking.
