We're looking for a Senior Researcher to lead qualitative and quantitative research initiatives. You will drive Voice of Customer programs and bring research insight directly into product decisions.

Own and execute qualitative and quantitative studies
Lead usability testing and customer feedback loops
Run VOC (Voice of Customer) programs
Translate findings into actionable insights
Collaborate closely with Product, UX, and Business
What You Bring
6+ years in UX research
Mastery of user interviews, surveys, field studies, and analytics
Confidence in presenting insights and defending methodology
Proven impact on product direction
Based in Mumbai
