This role combines architectural thinking, interior design expertise, and brand experience. - 8+ years of experience in retail architecture and interior design, with a strong portfolio across Fashion, Beauty, Grocery, and Luxury - Background in architecture, interior design or spatial design, with deep knowledge of materials, lighting, detailing, and building systems - Experience in both high-end retail and high-volume environments - Ability to work across design scales – from conceptual master plans to furniture and fixture detailing - Strong understanding of customer movement, visibility lines, and in-store behavior - Familiarity with Indian construction practices and regional adaptations is a plus - Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Suite; knowledge of 3D walkthroughs or BIM is a bonus - Practical mindset, collaborative spirit, and a strong interest in shaping India’s retail future
