CTO Role

The CTO will define and lead the company’s technology vision, strategy, and execution. This role is responsible for scaling a secure, high-performance blockchain platform, driving innovation, and aligning technology decisions with business goals. The CTO works closely with executive leadership and leads a growing global engineering organization.

The product provides a secure, chain-agnostic gateway to crypto and NFT ecosystems, supporting millions of digital assets across 100+ blockchains. A strong developer ecosystem enables partners to build wallets, reach large user bases, and drive global crypto adoption.

• Own and deliver the technology strategy and roadmap
• Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and security
• Monitor emerging blockchain and crypto technologies to maintain competitive advantage
• Ensure high-quality user experience from design through deployment

• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing engineering teams

• Work closely with Product, Marketing, Legal, Business Development, and Operations

• Manage technology budgets and resource allocation
• Own security architecture, protecting user assets and data
• Stay ahead of evolving security threats and industry best practices

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years in senior technology leadership roles
• 2+ years in blockchain or cryptocurrency environments
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex platforms
• Deep hands-on knowledge of blockchain technologies (e.g. Bitcoin, Ethereum, smart contracts, DeFi)
• Strong understanding of cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and blockchain security
• Experience with open-source projects and developer communities
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, rapidly evolving environments
