Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:


Apply project management expertise and best practices to support the Cyber Defense program.


Ensure the program is delivered on time, on scope, and aligned with requirements.


Manage stakeholders, including C-suite, vendors, and internal teams.


Coordinate with program manager, product team, architects, strategy team, procurement, and vendors.


Deploy and implement the service to entities in scope and organize transfer to the BAU team.


Develop and maintain detailed project plans, communication strategies, risk logs, change management logs, forecasts, KPIs, and other internal control documents.


Present solutions and project updates to entities and steering committees.


Ensure compliance with internal controls and governance frameworks.DeliverablesDetailed project plans and communication strategies.


Steering committee packs, minutes, and reports.


Configuration, communication, and implementation packages for entities.


Sign-off documents for BAU handover.


Mandatory internal control documentation (ToR, risk/change/action logs, forecasts, KPIs, deliverables list & status).


Required Skills & Experience:


Minimum 5 years of project management expertise in IT projects.


Minimum 2 years of experience in complex international IT projects.


Proven expertise in budget management and delivering fixed-price projects.


At least 2 years in information security projects.


Strong IT background: OS, Network, Cloud, Integrations.


Knowledge of Office 365 Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) for reports and presentations.


Experience in infrastructure solution deployment or integrations.


Strong stakeholder management (including C-level).


Excellent communication, leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.


English fluency (technical information security terminology included).


Spanish: Fluent (mandatory).


French: a plus.


Desired Skills:


Computer Science or Engineering degree.


Project management certifications: PMI, PMI-ACP, Prince2.


Agile methodologies (SCRUM or equivalent).


Process improvement certifications: ITIL, Lean, Six Sigma.


Security certifications are an advantage.
