Hands-on experience coordinating with technical experts, architects, procurement teams, and external vendors. Solid background in working with cross-functional teams and managing diverse stakeholders at different organizational levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams, prioritize tasks, and deliver within tight deadlines. Previous exposure to cybersecurity programs (e.g., antimalware, endpoint security, infrastructure security) is highly desirable.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the antimalware program from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery on time, on scope, and on budget.
  • Define, maintain, and execute the project plan, communication plan, and governance framework.
  • Organize and chair steering committees and project committees, preparing packs and minutes.
  • Coordinate with technical experts, architects, procurement, vendors, and business entities to ensure alignment and smooth delivery.
  • Present the proposed solution to entities and manage its deployment and implementation across the defined scope.
  • Oversee the transition of services to the Business as Usual (BAU) team, securing sign-off and operational readiness.
  • Ensure all mandatory project documentation (ToR, risk logs, change logs, financials, KPIs, deliverables list, etc.) is accurate, up to date, and compliant.
  • Monitor risks, dependencies, and issues, providing mitigation strategies and escalation when required.
  • Communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, providing clear updates on goals, progress, and challenges.
  • Drive continuous improvement in processes, governance, and reporting practices to increase efficiency.

Job Benefits

  • Opportunity to participate in a strategic Cyber Defense program with global impact.
