This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional with strong experience in change management (ADKAR), project management, and data analytics, capable of developing compelling PowerPoint decks and communication materials to engage both senior management and global teams.
The analyst will collaborate closely with central and local data & AI teams to strengthen the decentralized model, refine the Target Operating Model (TOM), and promote knowledge sharing.

Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in roles related to data culture transformation, project management, or business intelligence.
Proven track record in deploying data culture strategies within international or global organizations.
Experience in designing roadmaps and Target Operating Models (TOMs) for decentralized environments.
Strong background in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) applied to organizational transformation.
Hands-on experience in designing and deploying training programs tailored to segmented employee populations.
Previous responsibility for developing global communications strategies and creating impactful executive-level presentations.
Exposure to data analytics projects and collaboration with data & AI teams.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management and multicultural stakeholders.
