Job Summary
We are seeking a Data Culture Transformation Analyst to join our team in Barcelona (hybrid model). The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving data & AI literacy across the business, by designing communication strategies, training journeys, and roadmaps that enable employees at all levels to embrace a data-driven mindset. This role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional with strong experience in change management (ADKAR), project management, and data analytics, capable of developing compelling PowerPoint decks and communication materials to engage both senior management and global teams. The analyst will collaborate closely with central and local data & AI teams to strengthen the decentralized model, refine the Target Operating Model (TOM), and promote knowledge sharing. This is a mid-level position, ideal for someone passionate about shaping organizational culture, storytelling with impact, and delivering high-value transformation in a dynamic, international environment.
Experience
3–5 years of professional experience in roles related to data culture transformation, project management, or business intelligence. Proven track record in deploying data culture strategies within international or global organizations. Experience in designing roadmaps and Target Operating Models (TOMs) for decentralized environments. Strong background in change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR) applied to organizational transformation. Hands-on experience in designing and deploying training programs tailored to segmented employee populations. Previous responsibility for developing global communications strategies and creating impactful executive-level presentations. Exposure to data analytics projects and collaboration with data & AI teams. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with senior management and multicultural stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive data & AI literacy across the organization by developing strategies that embed data-driven practices in daily operations.
- Design and implement training roadmaps tailored to different employee populations, ensuring effective knowledge transfer.
- Create and deliver global communication strategies to share plans, progress, and achievements with senior management and teams.
- Develop compelling PowerPoint decks and executive presentations to convey strategic messages clearly and persuasively.
- Refine and update the Target Operating Model (TOM) for decentralized environments, ensuring alignment between central and local teams.
- Collaborate with data & AI teams at central and local levels to strengthen governance and improve coordination.
- Apply change management methodologies (ADKAR) to support adoption of new practices and cultural transformation.
- Monitor and identify reporting needs from a central perspective to support the global data culture strategy.
- Promote storytelling and knowledge-sharing practices to increase visibility of data & AI initiatives across the business.
- Act as a cultural ambassador, fostering innovation, collaboration, and engagement in an international environment.
