We are seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst with a strong technical background and a proven ability to operate in complex, large-scale environments. The ideal candidate will bring over 5 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in environments where both Agile and Waterfall methodologies are used in parallel. Key Responsibilities: Lead requirements gathering, impact analysis, and estimation processes for new functionalities and changes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, test, and implement scalable solutions. Perform deep-dive analysis into business applications to understand their purpose, behavior, and interdependencies. Propose and execute effective resolutions to incidents and functional issues. Work closely with stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of business models and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Technical Skills: Strong SQL expertise is required; a technical assessment will be part of the selection process. Experience with API integrations (REST/SOAP), Web Services, and usage of API Managers. Proficient in tools such as Postman, SOAP UI, Microsoft SQL Management Studio, and Azure DevOps. Working knowledge of .NET (C#, MVC, .NET Core, .NET Framework, WinForms) is a plus. Profile Requirements: Self-driven, organized, and fully autonomous professional. Able to handle complexity and ambiguity with sound judgment and decision-making. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in similar business models or industries. English proficiency (written and verbal). Certifications in Azure and/or Business Analysis (e.g., IIBA, PMI-PBA) are a plus.

Required Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, working in large-scale, complex environments. Proven track record in gathering requirements, conducting impact assessments, and performing functional estimations. Hands-on experience with the definition, testing, and implementation of new features and system changes. Familiarity with both Agile and Waterfall delivery models, including hybrid environments. Strong technical experience in SQL (advanced level required). Experience in designing and managing API and Web Service integrations (REST/SOAP), including usage of API Management platforms. Previous exposure to incident analysis and resolution, with an ability to deliver timely and effective solutions. Solid understanding of business applications, their functionality, and their strategic role within the organization. Effective communication across technical, functional, and business teams.
