Sales Consultant – Onsite Role Location: Uvongo Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (South African Time) Salary: R15 000 + commission Our client, a UK-based EdTech company specialising in the development of UK-accredited courses for the UK market, is seeking experienced Sales Consultants to join their team. This is an exciting onsite position offering a competitive salary and an exceptional commission structure. Key Responsibilities: • Utilise persuasive communication skills to confidently close deals and meet or exceed sales targets. • Handle a high volume of inbound leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions. • Understand potential students’ needs, preferences, and career goals to recommend the most suitable courses. • Build lasting relationships with leads, nurturing them through the sales cycle for upselling or repeat opportunities. • Maintain a structured sales pipeline and accurately record progress in the CRM system. • Work closely with the marketing team to provide feedback on lead quality and sales trends. • Deliver an exceptional experience by addressing questions or concerns and guiding students through the enrolment process. • Consistently meet and exceed individual and team performance targets. • Stay informed about UK education trends, the EdTech industry, and the company’s product offerings. What We’re Looking For: • Education: Matric certificate (essential). • Experience: Proven track record as a strong "closer" in sales. • Experience in Education Sales essential • Attention to detail is key in this role!
