Responsibilities: • Develop and refine products for Forex and Arbitrage services. • Plan, manage, and execute projects from concept to completion. • Enhance the customer experience by deeply understanding client needs. • Systemise and document business processes for efficiency. • Collaborate with operations, engineering, and other teams to create seamless solutions. • Ensure quality control of new features, keeping them aligned with business objectives. • Continuously analyse, improve, and adapt existing products. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Product Management or similar role. • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Data Analytics, Business). • Experience in the finance space is a plus but not required. • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly outline an MVP. • A solid understanding of UX/UI principles to guide early-stage product design. • Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineering teams. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Excellent communication skills for coordinating across teams. • A start-up mindset—comfortable with iteration and adapting to fast changes. • Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, distraction-free workspace and a fast, reliable fibre connection.
