4. Each opportunity includes specific requirements, such as qualifications, skills, job type (full-time/part-time), and location. Make sure you read the job advertisement carefully before applying.

Candidate Interview Guidelines

• The interview will be conducted by Zara, Micro1’s AI Recruitment Manager, and may last between 20 minutes and 1 hour. Please ensure you can dedicate this time without interruptions.

• Keep your environment safe, quiet, and free of disruptions during the interview.

• Wear appropriate attire (a suit is not required, but formal or business-casual clothing is expected).

• Check that your internet connection is stable and reliable before starting.

• Track your time carefully, as all questions must be answered within the allocated period.

• Be concise and precise in your responses, providing clear and accurate information.

• Self-Introduction. For all roles, you will be asked to introduce yourself. Prepare a brief but informative summary of your professional experience, tailored to the role. Your summary should be concise, relevant, and professional. For example: “I am a professional translator with over 10 years of experience translating documents from German to English. I have worked on technical, legal, and marketing content, and I specialize in delivering accurate and culturally appropriate translations.”

• It is strictly forbidden to use any other devices, notes, screens, or external help during the interview.

If Successfully Selected

1. Selection is entirely based on candidate qualifications, interview performance, and the hiring process managed by Micro1.
2. If selected, Micro1 may conduct onboarding checks and inform you about the next steps.
3. Your employment terms and compensation are governed by the contract you receive, which is usually processed through Deel.
4. Read the contract carefully before signing to ensure you understand all conditions and obligations.
5. Please note that additional onboarding details, such as project duration and scope, tracking your work hours, performance bonuses, etc., will be provided by Micro1.
