Job Summary
We are currently seeking qualified candidates for the role of Quality Control (QC) Reviewer to join our eDiscovery team for upcoming projects. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong attention to detail and experience in document review quality assurance.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of experience in eDiscovery document review or quality control roles. Proven track record of performing detailed quality assurance checks in legal or compliance settings. Experience using eDiscovery review platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, or similar tools. Prior experience providing feedback or training to junior reviewers is highly desirable. Familiarity with legal and regulatory requirements related to document review and data privacy.
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct quality control reviews of document coding, tagging, and redactions.
- Identify inconsistencies and communicate findings to review teams.
- Collaborate with project and review managers to maintain quality standards.
- Provide feedback and training to junior team members to improve review accuracy.
- Support training and continuous improvement initiatives.
