Experience
Prior experience coordinating or supporting eDiscovery projects or legal technology initiatives preferred
Familiarity with eDiscovery platforms such as Relativity, Logikcull, Concordance, or similar tools is a strong advantage
Experience managing project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships
Background working with legal, compliance, or IT teams in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated ability to track multiple tasks, communicate effectively, and solve problems proactively
Previous exposure to legal or regulatory frameworks related to electronic discovery is a plus.
Contract Information
This is a contract role with a defined project duration or fixed term, typically ranging from 3 to 12 months, depending on client needs.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage eDiscovery projects in accordance with the EDRM Lifecycle stages, including identification, preservation, collection, processing, review, and production of electronically stored information (ESI).
- Apply the Sedona Principles by promoting cooperation and transparency among all parties involved in the eDiscovery process.
- Monitor project scope and resources to uphold the principle of proportionality, balancing discovery efforts with case requirements and budgets.
- Oversee preservation and collection efforts to protect relevant data while avoiding unnecessary over-collection or burden.
- Collaborate with legal, IT, and vendor teams to implement reasonable and effective eDiscovery strategies.
- Track project progress, identify risks or bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions aligned with industry guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and communicate findings, status updates, and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by integrating evolving industry standards and technological advancements into project workflows.
- Attend client meetings and industry events to foster relationships, gather requirements, and represent the company’s eDiscovery capabilities.
