The Chief Business Officer (CBO) is a senior executive responsible for driving our company's business strategy, growth, and operational excellence. Reporting directly to the CEO, SLT and Board of Directors, the CBO is a strategic leader who aligns business goals with market trends, ensures profitability, and fosters a culture of innovation and efficiency across all departments.
Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA or equivalent preferred).
12+ years of progressive leadership experience, with proven track record of driving business growth and profitability in competitive markets. Expertise spans branding, digital marketing, content creation, and cutting-edge media technology, and can craft strategies that engage audiences, drive growth, and amplify brand presence across platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute long-term business strategies aligned with the organization’s vision and mission.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, SLT and Board, providing insights and recommendations on key business decisions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Establish partnerships, alliances, and new business initiatives to drive profitability.
