Energy Assessor
Energy Assessment Calculations
Building Regulations
Job Summary
As an Energy Assessor, you’ll probably spend half your day calculating tools that have more letters than Royal Mail, crunching SAP, SBEM, and DSM calculations, helping buildings meet regulatory requirements, and making sense of the evolving sustainability landscape – whilst the other half is explaining to clients why they need it in the first place.
Here is a consultancy that plays the game. No fluff, no corporate red tape—just a specialist team passionate about helping businesses with their Sustainability goals. They’re growing, they need you, and they want to invest in the best version of you, so they can be the best version of themselves.
You’ll be doing all the juicy stuff, like Energy Assessments, Heating and U-Value Calcs, adding weight to their compliance strategies, but with a team that actually values what you bring to the table. You’ll have the space to work a wide variety of projects, share your expertise, and work in a place where sustainability is culture.
Obviously you’ll need some experience for this, in the form of OCDEA & NDEA qualifications (SAP, SBEM, DSM), a good understanding of Building Regs and the ability to explain complex information to a layman. A full UK driving licence is also needed as some places are just not accessible by train, though this is also a hybrid role.
If I am describing you, what you can do and a culture that you want to work in then apply with an updated CV. There’s a genuinely supportive team waiting to collaborate with you.
