Experience
Essential Requirements - Proven experience in a 3rd-line support role or equivalent technical position. - Strong Knowledge of Networking Principles and Troubleshooting Methodologies. - Experience with Windows and Linux Server Environments. - Familiarity with Virtualisation Technologies (E.g. VMware or Hyper-V.) - Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach. - Ability to work well both independently and collaboratively within a team
Job Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support for complex technical issues escalated from 1st and 2nd-line support teams.
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure and services including servers, networks, and storage solutions.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
- Latest IT EquipmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute strategic IT projects and initiatives.
- Document troubleshooting procedures and create knowledge base articles to assist team members.
- Perform system upgrades, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of regular business hours.
