Job Summary
Our Client, a specialist civil engineering contractor, is looking for a Sub Agent with a background in civil engineering and a strong interest in progressing within the marine and heavy civils sector to join their team in North West.
Experience
- Minimum 1 year post-graduate experience as a Site Engineer in civil engineering.
- Degree-qualified in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Strong interest in developing a career in site and project management.
- Good understanding of construction methods, health & safety, and engineering principles.
- Excellent communication, team coordination, and organisational skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day site operations and delivery of civil engineering works.
- Support the Site Agent in planning, coordinating, and supervising site activities.
- Ensure works are delivered safely, to specification, on programme, and within budget.
- Liaise with engineers, subcontractors, and site staff to maintain project progress.
- Contribute to quality assurance, health & safety compliance, and site reporting.
