Job Summary
Our client, a leading engineering consultancy, is looking for an Associate Chartered Building Surveyor to join their multi-disciplinary team in their Epsom office.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects for both public and private sector clients, with the flexibility of remote working.
In this role, you will deliver a full suite of Building Surveying duties and manage client relationships while tackling both legal and technical challenges.
Experience
- BSc (Hon's) Building Surveying RICS Accredited degree.
- Experience of both pre and post contract project management responsibilities and be able to deliver this service effectively to Clients.
-Prepared to travel as required.
- An awareness of BIM systems.
- Ability to manage and develop team members including mentoring of APC graduates.
-Experience of managing clients and their expectations.
-Full understanding of Health and Safety requirements.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver a full suite of Building Surveying duties within a multi-disciplinary environment.
- Manage client relationships and provide expert advice on legal and technical issues.
- Lead and manage a team while fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Provide exemplary communication and commercial awareness to ensure client satisfaction.
- Ensure the delivery of first-class service to clients and stakeholders.
