Experience
5+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or a related field.
Proven experience leading BI projects from concept to implementation.
Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, dimensional data warehouses, and data integration tools.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate data models to support strategic decisions.
- Create advanced Power BI dashboards and reports for actionable insights.
- Lead and implement BI initiatives to improve processes and customer experiences.
- Mentor junior analysts to grow the team’s analytics capabilities.
- Design and maintain scalable data models for data warehouse/marts.
- Use advanced statistical techniques (e.g., regression, clustering) to derive insights.
- Drive cross-functional projects and promote self-service BI tools for business users.
- Present analytical findings to leadership and stakeholders to influence decisions.
