Job Summary
Seeking a skilled Partnerships Housing Manager to support the delivery of affordable housing projects across the Midlands and Northern regions. This role requires office presence 3 days a week in either Coleshill, Warwickshire, or Yorkshire, with a Monday team meeting. Ideal candidates will bring strong experience in affordable housing and contract negotiation.
Experience
- Background with registered providers such as housing associations or developers.
- Proven success in cost savings and contract management.
- Excellent negotiation and financial skills.
- Strong understanding of housing development processes.
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of affordable housing standards and funding.
Job Responsibilities
- Negotiate affordable housing contracts and Section 106 agreements.
Job Benefits
