Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing: Find candidates on job boards (LinkedIn, niche sites), social media, and tech meetups/conferences.
- Screening: Review resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical skills and qualifications.
- Collaboration: Work with IT leaders to understand specific technical requirements and company culture.
- Job Posting: Write compelling job descriptions for technical roles.
- Candidate Management: Maintain a strong pipeline, manage candidate communication, and build relationships.
- Interview Process: Coordinate interviews, sometimes including technical assessments, and provide feedback.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company as a great place for tech professionals.
- Offer & Onboarding: Extend offers and assist with new hire paperwork.
Essential Skills & Qualifications:
- Understanding of tech roles, programming languages, and industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with various sourcing tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, HR, or a related field is often preferred.
