Job Description:

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst  with a strong accounting background and exposure to program finance to support program management, customer invoicing, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have experience in professional services environments and be comfortable working across accounting and finance functions.Key

Responsibilities:

Support program accounting and program finance activities, working closely with program managers.

Support AP/Expense Reporting/Payroll.

Support cash management for the overall invoicing process.

Manage customer invoicing, revenue recognition, and program-level financial tracking.

Perform general ledger accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close support.

Utilize Unanet or similar accounting ERP systems for financial processing and reporting.

Assist with forecasting and budgeting activities (for finance-focused candidates).

Conduct variance analysis and prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders.

Develop and deliver financial presentations, supporting leadership and customer discussions.

Build and maintain reports using PowerPoint and BI tools.

Required Qualifications:

Strong accounting background (finance as a secondary focus is a plus).

Hands-on experience with program accounting or program finance.

Solid understanding of general ledger accounting.

Proficiency in ERP systems.

Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

Forecasting, budgeting, and financial modeling experience.

Business intelligence and data visualization skills.

Confident presentation and stakeholder communication abilities.
