Your Experience
Degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or relevant field
Around 5 years professional experience as a (IT) Business Analyst or in the area of applications- / process management, preferably in an international (matrix) organization
Strong understanding of both technical and business perspectives
Proficient in requirements gathering, business process analysis and project management
Familiar with the latest trends and technologies
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Critical and holistic thinking mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Fluent in English and German; Any other language is welcome
Job Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes to identify requirements, improvements, and system enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables that meet business needs
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for the IT team and ensure that implementation is executed effectively Lead the requirements gathering process and maintain clear documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Act as a liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communications Foster a culture of continuous improvement by suggesting innovative solutions and enhancements to existing systems and processes
- Assist in training and supporting end-users on new systems and functionalities
