Your Profile
For this very varied position, you ideally have the following:
Completed training in computer science EFZ
Experience in a comparable profession
Experience with modern communication systems (Sharepoint, etc.)
Experience with Windows Client Operating System and Windows Server Operating System
Knowledge of VMware and MS M365
Willingness and interest in continuous further training
Structured, independent and practice-oriented work
Ability to work in a team and a communicative manner
Fluent German and good English skills
Job Responsibilities
- Maintenance and further development of existing client and server environments
- Troubleshoot user and system issues
- Administration of servers, storage, IoT and backups
- Network and security solution administration
- User and guest support for technical problems
- Participation in the creation of system, product and operational standards
- Support in the development of change management processes
- Project responsibility for assigned projects
- Development and implementation of a train-the-trainer concept
- On-call duty during peak season
- Support the operational line
