Your profile
Several years of experience in operating system environments with additional specialist know-how in messaging topics as well as in the Microsoft technologies Windows Client and Windows Server, M365, Teams and Microsoft Exchange (on premise and online).
Additional experience in Microsoft DLP, KEMP Reverse Proxy, Microsoft AD / DNS / ADFS, Cisco Ironport SMTP Gateway and PRTG is an advantage.
Your education
Completed computer science training (computer scientist HF/FH, federal FA)
Microsoft MCSA certification or comparable know-how
Knowledge of current ITIL version is an advantage
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German as well as good knowledge of English.
Job Responsibilities
- Your tasks As a Microsoft Systems Engineer, you will take responsibility for the operation of complex system environments in a security-sensitive environment as well as the further development of existing customer environments in a successful and motivated Operation Workplace + Server team. In addition to your broad knowledge of the Microsoft world, you are particularly distinguished by your in-depth specialist knowledge in the area of messaging. In this role, you support operations and solve any problems that arise. You will also support the definition and implementation of solutions for our customers. You are jointly responsible for the further development of our customers by proactively developing and implementing optimizations.
