The Opportunity
Oxygen 8 Recruitment is partnering with a pioneering medical technology company based in Hampshire that is redefining standards in Patient Mobility.
This is an opportunity for a commercially-minded Marketing Manager to take full ownership of a high-growth product portfolio. Our client is at a pivotal stage of expansion, moving from established success to aggressive market disruption. If you are a marketer who loves to be close to the "sharp end" of healthcare working with clinicians, understanding theatre/clinic environments, and driving tangible commercial results this is your ideal next step.
The Role
As Marketing Manager, you will lead the strategic and tactical execution of the marketing plan for the UK and Ireland. You will be the bridge between global product development and local sales execution, ensuring the sales team is armed with the insights and tools they need to win.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual marketing plans, including product launches, brand positioning, and lifecycle management.
- Spend time in the field with the sales team to gather "voice of customer" insights, understanding the clinical challenges faced by surgeons and HCPs.
- Design and implement multi-channel campaigns (digital, congresses, and clinical workshops) that drive high-quality leads.
- Create compelling clinical evidence summaries, value propositions, and sales toolkits that clearly differentiate the portfolio from competitors.
- dentify and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and clinical advocates to support product adoption and evidence generation.
- Full management of the regional marketing budget, ensuring maximum ROI on all activities.
Who You Are
- You have a solid background in Medical and or Device marketing
- You understand that marketing’s primary goal is to support sales growth; you are comfortable with KPIs, market share data, and CRM metrics.
- You can take complex technical specifications and translate them into "patient-benefit" and "value-based" language for hospital procurement and clinicians.
- You are based in or near Hampshire but enjoy getting out into the field to meet customers and support events.
Education
- A degree in Life Sciences, Business, or Marketing is essential; a CIM qualification is a plus.
