The Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you will serve as the primary strategic bridge between global clients and an internal powerhouse of creative, medical, and digital talent. You will move past simple execution to provide consultative leadership on complex, multi-stakeholder healthcare programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Account Ownership: Drive the success and growth of high-value accounts, ensuring alignment with clinical development lifecycles and patient engagement goals.
- Complex Project Leadership: Confidently own the end-to-end delivery of large-scale programmes, ensuring work is medically compliant, ethically sound, and creatively bold.
- Commercial Strategy: Support the Account Director in financial forecasting, P&L management, and identifying organic growth opportunities within your portfolio.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Strategy, Medical Writing, and Production teams to translate complex science into actionable internal briefs.
- Talent Development: Act as a mentor and leader for junior account members, fostering an environment of high performance and career progression.

- You bring 4+ years of agency-side experience specifically within Healthcare Communications
- You have the gravitas to challenge client requests when necessary, providing insight-driven solutions rather than just taking orders.
