Position Overview:
- We are seeking motivated, high-energy Sales Representatives to join our growing team. This is a commission-based role with unlimited earning potential, perfect for self-starters who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Generate leads and close sales for our services including housing solutions, financial coaching, and trading education.
- Build relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Collaborate with your team and managers to meet individual and company sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching to maximize sales performance.
Qualifications:
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a remote environment with a stable internet connection (min 50 Mbps download / 30 Mbps upload).
- Previous sales experience preferred but not required; we provide full training.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Commission-Based Pay: $30 per paid sale + 20% per sale.
- Minimum of 25 packages/month to qualify for commissions; payout begins at 28 packages/month.
- Base Salary: $1,500/month after 6 months of consistent performance (30+ packages/month).
- Semi-monthly payouts: hourly on the 15th, commissions on the 29th.
- Performance-driven career growth and opportunity to advance to Client Sales Manager roles.
Work Schedule:
- Primarily remote; flexible schedule based on client availability.
- Must adhere to attendance policies and maintain reliable connectivity.

Second-Chance Rental / Housing Access
SME’s “Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Second-Chance” rental service enables clients with credit or background challenges to access prequalified properties. A modest upfront fee grants access, along with coaching and application support.
In select markets (e.g. Atlanta and surrounding areas), SME also offers full subleasing services to help individuals bypass traditional landlord approval hurdles to regain access to housing.
Credit Coaching & Financial Empowerment
Through one-on-one coaching, SME helps clients analyze, coach, and build their credit profiles. The programs include credit report review, debt management guidance, and budgeting support.
SME also partners (via referral) with ROK Financial to connect clients to business lines of credit or equipment financing once their credit stabilizes.
Trading & Market Education
SME offers an online education program covering Forex and Bitcoin trading. It is structured with weekly lessons, risk management modules, and mentorship sessions.
