SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect – Critical October Go-Live
Our client is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Architect to support a critical October go-live, acting as a trusted advisor to HR IT leadership through cutover, production readiness, and hypercare. This is a high-visibility engagement for a proven EC specialist who can step in and add immediate value at a pivotal stage of the programme.

You'll serve as strategic advisor to the HR IT Head and project leadership, reviewing cutover planning, assessing go-live readiness, and providing architectural oversight through deployment. Post go-live, you'll support hypercare, stabilisation, historical data migration, and future EC enhancements.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as strategic advisor to HR IT leadership throughout go-live
- Review and guide cutover planning and execution
- Assess readiness, identify risks, and define mitigation actions
- Provide architectural oversight during production deployment
- Support issue resolution and decision-making during hypercare
- Support historical data migration activities post go-live
- Contribute to solution enhancements and roadmap initiatives
What You'll Bring
- 10+ years SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- Extensive hands-on Employee Central implementation experience
- Broad knowledge across other SuccessFactors modules, particularly integration
- Proven track record across cutover, go-live and hypercare phases
- Strong grasp of EC configuration, data migration, integrations, workflows, business rules, MDF and role-based permissions
- Experience advising senior business and HR IT stakeholders
- Excellent advisory, stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
Preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification
- Global EC deployment experience
- Experience on large-scale HR transformation and data migration programmes
Duration:
Initial engagement through go-live and hypercare, with potential extension for data migration and post-go-live enhancements.
