Technical Support Engineer – Windows, Mac & Linux

What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support across Windows, Mac, and Linux systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues via chat, phone, email, and ticketing
- Diagnose problems, test solutions, and ensure follow-up
- Log calls and escalate outages to minimise downtime
- Support AV and teleconferencing systems remotely
What You Bring:
- 2+ years’ experience in corporate tech support
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Experience with Windows, Mac OS, and/or LinuxPreferred:Bachelor’s in Computer Science or related field
- Certifications: MCSE, MCITP, ITIL Foundation
- Advanced Linux admin skills
