SAP SuccessFactors EC – Lead Consultant
Warrington - Long term project
We’re looking for a senior SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant to support a large, complex SF transformation for a major UK enterprise, currently in Realisation / SIT preparation with a July 2026 go‑live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Employee Central configuration (Foundation Objects, MDF, Business Rules, Position Management, Workflows)
- Own SIT readiness, defect resolution, and test entry sign‑off
- Drive integration design and review (payroll, identity, document and third‑party systems)
- Run solution playbacks and secure senior stakeholder sign‑off
- Support data migration, cutover, UAT and go‑live readiness
- Act as EC escalation point and mentor onshore/offshore consultants
Required Experience
- Extensive SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience
- 5+ full‑cycle Employee Central implementations
- Strong EC core configuration and integration expertise (Boomi, MuleSoft, or SAP Integration Suite)
- Experience delivering via SAP Activate
- Large workforce implementations (5,000+ employees)
- Strong stakeholder and delivery ownership skills
Desirable
- EC Time, Absence, Timesheets
- BIB / HANA payroll integrations
- MS Entra / SSO, OpenText, DocuSign
- Utilities, Energy, or regulated industry background
This is a hybrid contract, 3 days onsite in Warrington Tues, Wed, Thurs, you must be willing to be onsite for these days for the duration of the contract.
