SC Cleared SAS Data Engineer

Government Project - Fully Remote

We are looking for an SC Cleared SAS Data Engineer to support secure Government data projects. You will build and maintain SAS‑based data pipelines, deliver reliable SQL transformations, and work closely with policy and operational teams to create trusted, high‑quality data solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimise SAS data pipelines (Enterprise Guide, Viya).
• Build accurate, high‑performance SQL transformations.
• Translate Business Requirements into secure technical solutions.
• Perform unit testing and data validation to meet Government assurance standards.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver long‑term fixes.
• Document data workflows and logic clearly and consistently.

Skills & Experience

• Strong SAS Enterprise Guide experience.
• Advanced SQL, including performance tuning.
• Experience with SAS Viya or cloud‑enabled SAS.
• Proven data validation and testing capability.
• Knowledge of data models, flows, and public‑sector processes.
• Able to work independently and within agile/hybrid teams.
• Active SC Clearance required.
