Job Summary

STIBO DEVELOPER Tenure three months. Location :Dunstable (Hybrid 1-2 days in office weekly)

Max supplier charge - £500 per day – comments welcome.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and implement STIBO STEP MDM components including:
  • Data models & domain hierarchies
  • Match Merge Link concept if golden record creation
  • Workflows, business rules, and validation rules
  • User interfaces, dashboards, and data quality rules
  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and translate them into STEP solutions.
  • Develop integration workflows using APIs.
  • Implement data governance and data quality best practices within the STEP framework.
  • Support UAT and production deployment.
  • Work with cross-functional teams including product, IT, and data governance to ensure smooth delivery of MDM projects.


Required SkillsHands-on experience with STIBO STEP MDM.


Strong understanding of:

  • MDM concepts (governance, stewardship, golden record creation)
  • Data modelling principles
  • Data integration
  • Workflow design
  • Web UI design


Proficiency in:

  • STEP Configuration Workbench (CWB)
  • STEP APIs and Integration Services
  • XML, JSON Good to haveKnowledge of Product Information Management (PIM) processes.
  • Certification in STIBO STEP or relevant MDM technologies
