Join a global fintech as a Treasury Analyst Specialist, supporting bank administration during a major acquisition. You’ll manage global bank accounts, handle AML/KYC requests, update signatories, maintain Treasury systems (eBAM & Quantum), and support key audits and reporting tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- Administer and maintain global bank accounts, including opening, closing, and updating authorised signers
- Manage AML/KYC requests with external banking partners across multiple regions
- Support bank service setup, data transmissions, and Treasury database updates (eBAM and Quantum)
- Review and reconcile bank account data, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting across the business
- Assist with bi‑annual global signatory audits and general Treasury administration
- Provide inbox support to the Treasury shared mailbox and handle special projects as assigned
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong administrative background with excellent organisation and accuracy
- 2+ years’ Treasury or banking operations experience
- Experience with global banks, account maintenance, AML/KYC, and cash management basics
- Confident with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office tools
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
