Experience
5+ years of experience in ML/AI, ideally in fast-paced, early-stage startups (pre-Series A or Seed).
Deep experience with NLP, transformers, and large language models (OpenAI, LLaMA, HuggingFace ecosystem, etc.).
Strong software engineering background; capable of building and deploying production-grade ML pipelines.
Full-stack ML skills: data pipelines, model training/fine-tuning, deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
Proficiency in Python, Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow and/or PyTorch.
Experience with AWS stack (S3, EC2, Kinesis, etc.) and MLOps tools.
BS/MS/PhD in CS, AI, or related field—or equivalent real-world experience.
Bonus: Experience in customer support/CX platforms, technical co-founder background, or prior ML leadership.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead ML Innovation: Design and build state-of-the-art AI and ML systems that directly power our support automation engine, LLM agents, and intelligent workflows.
- Own Full-Stack ML Development: From data preprocessing and model experimentation to deployment and monitoring in production—own the full ML lifecycle.
- Push the Boundaries of NLP & GenAI: Leverage large language models and fine-tune custom models to deliver personalized, real-time support automation at scale.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Work closely with engineering, product, and design to build scalable, elegant ML solutions that integrate tightly into our platform.
- Mentorship & Future Leadership: While this is an IC-heavy role, we’re looking for someone who can grow into a technical leadership position as we scale the ML team.
