Build high-impact features like collaborative modeling tools, AI-powered insights, and no-code dashboards.
Architect scalable systems that power real-time collaboration and business logic.
Push product excellence by contributing to product strategy and UX design in close partnership with founders, PMs, and designers.
Level up the team by mentoring peers, setting technical standards, and influencing engineering culture.
This is a remote-first role (US only), with optional in-person team events throughout the year.
Experience
Top-tier academic pedigree (MIT, Stanford, CMU, Waterloo, etc.) or prestigious fellowships (Thiel, KP, etc.).
Technical excellence via competitive coding, high-starred OSS repos, StackOverflow/top GitHub presence.
Startup founder/indie hacker DNA—built and shipped products, led clubs or hackathons, created things with real traction.
Hypergrowth track record—2+ promotions in under 5 years or joined early at breakout startups in impactful roles.
Leadership early in career—led projects, engineering efforts, or internal tooling initiatives adopted org-wide
