Brand Manager — Owerri


Applicants must be able to work full-time from our office in Owerri.


Location: Owerri, Imo State

Employment Type: Full-time, On-site

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.; Friday, 10:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.

Salary: ₦100,000–₦150,000 per month.

Probation: 3 months

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer (COO)


About SeekProv


SeekProv is a startup offering a local services marketplace that helps people find trusted service providers while helping skilled providers gain visibility, trust, and customers. 


We are looking for a creative and resourceful Brand Manager to build awareness, trust, and relevance for SeekProv in Owerri.


Your Role


You will take charge of SeekProv’s local brand presence across content, social media, storytelling, creators, community activities, and launch campaigns.


This is more than a social media role. You will turn real providers, local stories and field activity into content and campaigns that help people understand, trust and use SeekProv.


Key Responsibilities


  • Plan and manage local social media and brand content.
  • Create photos, short videos, reels, interviews, testimonials and campaign content.
  • Turn provider stories, customer needs and field activity into engaging content.
  • Support community activations, provider meetups and launch events.
  • Create clear educational content for Seekers and Providers.
  • Maintain consistent SeekProv branding and tone.
  • Track content and campaign performance and use insights to improve future activity.


What We're Looking For


  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in branding, social media, marketing, content, or a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal English 
  • Good conversational Igbo is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of Owerri, its communities, culture and local trends.
  • Strong storytelling skills and a good eye for visual content.
  • Comfortable creating short-form video, photography and social content.
  • Comfortable using tools such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Canva, CapCut and Google Workspace.
  • Creative, organised, proactive and comfortable working with people.
  • Able to experiment, learn quickly, and adapt when ideas do not perform as expected.
  • Must be able to work full-time from Owerri.
